I play with words often. I like toying with the different meanings and the way we use them. Light can be an illumination to enhance vision or a measure of density to measure weight. Dark can be a blacker shade of a color or it can be a sinister vibration.
I never realized this whole time I’ve been trying to put into words, or create a guide to, what it is to be bipolar. On 2 opposite ends of a spectrum but understanding both sides without judgement.
It’s either stifling feelings and emotions and thoughts to remain unnoticed or letting them all flow freely because you’re so passionate.
Being bipolar isn’t a curse or an illness or a shame. It’s an uncontrollable gift of understanding.
